At Sylvester & Brow, we offer a free case evaluation. We also represent clients on a contingency fee basis so you do not pay legal fees until we have successfully resolved your claim.
We represent individuals who have been injured throughout Vermont as well as Vermont residents who have been injured out of state.
Sylvester & Brow provides referral fees to referring attorneys within the statutes and ethical guidelines of their respective states and jurisdictions. Many attorneys refer cases to us for a variety of reasons, including cases that arise in areas where we have demonstrated a history of success, cases that require extensive commitment of time and resources, and cases that present complex or unusual legal issues.
We regularly represent out-of-state residents who are in Vermont, traveling through, vacationing, attending college, or who have received medical treatment at one of the many institutions in Vermont.
